Dee Lovelace and fellow business partner, John Lewis founded Ironwood Financial, LLC, the parent company of Ironwood, headquartered in Oxford, Mississippi. Dee focuses on leading the financial management of the company. He previously served as CFO and shareholder of Tranzlogic, a data, analytics, and customer intelligence company in the credit card industry and also as Managing Director of Coker and Palmer as an investment banker where he held Series 7, 65, 63, and 79 licenses.
For 11 years, Dee was Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Security Holdings LLC, the parent of Security Card Services, Security Credit Services, and Security Check. Prior to Security Holdings, Dee was the CFO for Carlisle Corporation and Corporate Controller for Dunlap & Kyle, Inc. He began his accounting career at Ernst & Young and Rhea & Ivy CPA after graduating from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelors of Accountancy in 1988 and became a CPA in 1991.
Dee is passionate about his Alma Mater, Ole Miss and is often spotted at different college sporting events. He also enjoys his time at Ironwood’s Salt Lake City office where he can be found on occasion at nearby ski slopes carving turns on the Wasatch Range. Dee resides in Mississippi, and he and his wife are the proud parents of two children.
