Tayshia Chambers helps get our sales across the finish line. As a member of the sales support team, she works closely with our business solutions advisors to help them close deals and to make sure the merchant’s transition to Ironwood goes as smoothly as possible.

Sales support assists advisors with preparing the merchant’s paperwork to submit to underwriting. Once approved, they also handle the delivery of equipment to the merchants and walk them through installation so they are ready to start processing as soon as possible.

Tayshia believes the day isn’t over until the job is done and our merchants are happy.

She gets her work ethic from her dad and from growing up with her five siblings on a farm in Smithfield, Utah. With 500 acres and 200 head of cattle, Tayshia experienced all the “joys” of farm life, from laying pipe at 6:00 a.m. to bailing hay until 1:00 in the morning. She was involved in FFA and rodeo in grade school and college, and in 2012, she received her National FFA degree.

In June of this year, Tayshia married her high school sweetheart, Jordon. They live in Clarkston with their “sassy” 2 year old daughter, Dallee Rae, who keeps them on their toes. They are in the process of “flipping” their first house and have started their own small farm with 1 horse, 2 goats, 2 chickens, 2 ducks, 1 bunny and their dog, Ace.

In her spare time, she loves playing outside with her husband and daughter. She can frequently be found competing in rodeos or cheering her family members on when they compete. She jokes that her life is always in “fast forward.”

Kim Bobsin, our Operations Manager, had this to say about Tayshia.

“Tayshia is a wealth of knowledge and hard worker that is dedicated to finding a solution for any question or challenge that comes her way,” said Kim. “She’s always willing to step in to assist with special projects or when others need help. She has a commitment to seeing a job through to completion, goes above and beyond what is required and always welcomes opportunities to learn something new. I’m glad Tayshia is a part of our Ironwood team as she is truly an asset.”

Here are some of Tayshia’s favorite things.

Food- Steak- Must be medium rare to keep in the flavor!

Movie- I am not really much of a TV watcher but if I had to choose it would be Tombstone

Quote- “The only time you should look back is to see how far you’ve come”

Band/Musician- George Strait or Reba McEntire

No looking back, Tayshia. Ironwood is happy to be a part of your present and future! Thanks for all you do!!!!
